One Year after the fires swept through our little community we had a party at the end of Kathner Street.
It was a cool day, people were happy to see each other and talk about the events of the fire and of the year that had past. It wasn't a particulary joyous or sad day, just another "getting over it" day. A few houses have been rebuilt and the owners moved back in. Some blocks have been sold and others have signs of rebuilding.
